What Should You Write in Your Cozy Tea Journal?
What Should You Write in Your Cozy Tea Journal?
When I first started my Cozy Tea Journal, I wasn’t sure what to write. I thought it would simply be a place to keep track of the teas I enjoyed.
Before long, it became so much more.
Now it’s a place to slow down, remember peaceful moments, and create a collection of cozy memories—one cup at a time.
If you’re wondering what belongs in a tea journal, here are a few ideas to get you started.
1. The Name of Your Tea
Write down:
- The tea name
- The brand
- Whether it’s loose leaf or tea bags
Over time, you’ll build your own list of favorites.
2. Flavor Notes
Ask yourself:
- Was it floral?
- Fruity?
- Earthy?
- Citrusy?
- Sweet?
- Spicy?
There are no wrong answers. Simply describe what you taste.
3. When You Drank It
Was it…
- A peaceful morning?
- A rainy afternoon?
- Before bedtime?
- While reading your favorite book?
Sometimes the moment becomes just as memorable as the tea.
4. Your Mood
How did you feel?
- Relaxed
- Energized
- Calm
- Cozy
- Reflective
Tea often becomes part of how we care for ourselves.
5. Your Favorite Pairings
Did you enjoy your tea with:
- Homemade cookies
- Fresh fruit
- A favorite novel
- Soft music
- A cozy blanket
These little details help recreate those moments again later.
6. A Small Memory
Leave a little space for one sentence.
Maybe:
“The rain was falling outside, and this cup of Earl Grey made the whole house feel peaceful.”
Those simple notes become treasured memories over time.

One cup.
One memory.
One page at a time.
